1) For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of the experience.

2) Changed bookings date are not eligible if is after 24 hours in advance of the start time of the experience. 

3) All of our programs come with tour insurance coverage which complies with Tourism Authority of Thailand (การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย)

4) Booking Cut-off time is at least 12 hours  in advance of the start time of the experience.
